Pool & Hot Tub Use – Liability Disclosure
By using the pool and/or hot tub, all guests agree to the following:
- Use is at your own risk. The property owner and its agents are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or illnesses that may occur from use.
- Children must be supervised at all times. No exceptions.
- No diving, running, or horseplay in or around the pool or hot tub area.
- Do not use the pool or hot tub under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Guests with medical conditions or pregnant women should consult a doctor before use.
- Pool and hot tub use is limited to registered guests only—no outside visitors.
- There is no lifeguard or medic on duty or on staff at any property.
- The automatic pool cover must remain closed during non-use or when the pool is unattended.
Failure to follow these rules may result in loss of access and/or immediate removal from the property without a refund.

Note: The only property with a pool is the Overlook Lodge. All properties have hot tubs.
